The award-winning Formula 1 Exhibition has finally touched down in Asia for the very first time. Singapore was chosen as the host city, and you can catch it at Gardens by the Bay from 23 July through 18 October 2026.
This marks the 11th stop on the exhibition's global tour. It has previously travelled through major cities including London, Madrid, Vienna, Toronto, Buenos Aires, Amsterdam, and Melbourne, drawing more than 1.3 million visitors worldwide so far.
The exhibition is housed in a purpose built marquee along the Eastern Greenway at Gardens by the Bay, sitting right between Satay by the Bay and Marina Barrage. You can reach the venue easily via Gardens by the Bay MRT Station through Exit 1, so there's no need to worry about finding parking.
The Singapore edition is split across seven themed rooms, each specially designed in partnership with award winning curators, artists, and filmmakers. The journey begins at "Once Upon A Time In Formula 1," a gallery chronicling the championship's most iconic moments.
From there, you'll step into "The Pit Wall," a cinematic room that places visitors right at the heart of race day tension. The experience then closes with "Singapore Drive," a dedicated space honouring the city state's role in F1 history as home to the sport's very first night race.
One of the most moving sections is "Survival," which displays original components from Romain Grosjean's HAAS car, alongside the gloves and boots he wore during his dramatic crash at the 2020 Bahrain Grand Prix.
For F1 fans, the lineup of race cars on display is naturally a major draw. Among them is Sebastian Vettel's 2011 Red Bull RB7, the very car that carried him to that season's world title while also winning at the Singapore Grand Prix.
You'll also find the 2003 BAR Honda 005 once driven by Jenson Button and Jacques Villeneuve, as well as the 1993 Williams FW15C, widely regarded as one of the most technologically advanced F1 cars of its era.
In total, there are more than 25 race suits and 50 helmets on show, along with over 100 exclusive interviews with figures from across the sport.
One of the most anticipated parts of the exhibition is the racing simulator called The Fastest Lap. Here you can sit in a cockpit designed to closely replicate the seating position of a real F1 driver, then push a virtual car around a replica of the Marina Bay Street Circuit.
The experience lasts around seven minutes and requires participants to be at least 130 centimetres tall. Since it's a paid add on with limited slots, it's recommended that you book the simulator together with your exhibition ticket rather than later.
Tickets to The F1 Exhibition Singapore start from S$29 for children aged 5 to 12, S$40 for youths aged 13 to 17, and S$49 for adult visitors aged 18 and above. Children under 5 years old get in for free.
As for opening hours, from 23 July to 2 August 2026 the exhibition is open daily from 11am to 9pm. Starting 3 August, hours shift to 11am to 8pm. Tickets are sold exclusively through Ticketek, so it's worth being cautious of unofficial resellers.
For those visiting in groups, there are dedicated packages for parties of 14 or more, as well as private event options for groups of over 50. There's also a Pole Position package that bundles a flexible entry ticket, simulator access, fast track queue entry, and exclusive merchandise all in one.
Before your visit, it's worth downloading the F1 Exhibition Companion app, available on both the App Store and Google Play. The app lets you prepare ahead of time and access the on site audio guide as you explore. Just remember to bring your own headphones for the best audio experience.
