Sentosa Development Corporation (SDC) has announced a special collaboration with Disney Cruise Line through an event called "A Magical Island Adventure Let's Set Sail with Disney Cruise Line". This island wide summer festival runs from 24 June to 20 September 2026, bringing the spirit of Disney, Pixar, and Marvel across Sentosa.
This marks the first large scale transformation of its kind for Sentosa. You will find Disney stories and characters inspired by the seven themed areas of the Disney Adventure woven into the island's natural landscape, running from sunlit daytime encounters to glowing night time trails.
The excitement kicks off while you are still at VivoCity. From early July, the Sentosa Express carriages are dressed up with new designs featuring Captain Mickey Mouse and Captain Minnie Mouse, welcoming you from the very first step of your magical journey.
The adventure then takes to the skies aboard the Singapore Cable Car - Sentosa Line. All three stations, Sensoryscape, Imbiah Lookout, and Siloso Point, feature photo installations of various Disney characters. The cable car cabins also get a fresh look inspired by themed areas aboard the Disney Adventure, including Toy Story Place and Disney Discovery Reef.
Once you arrive at Sensoryscape, you will be greeted by a setting inspired by the Disney Imagination Garden. A five metre topiary installation shaped after the Disney Cruise Line logo, called Tactile Trellis, sits among neatly arranged greenery and floral displays. The area also carries a Disney princess inspired garden feel, complete with hammock installations perfect for a relaxed photo stop.
Meanwhile, Central Beach Bazaar showcases a 3.5 metre tall Magical Compass installation that guides you toward the various experience points scattered across Sentosa.
Palawan Beach serves as the heart of the entire event. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by a six metre inflatable anchor installation flanked by sand sculpted figures of Captain Mickey Mouse and Captain Minnie Mouse, becoming the event's signature photo spot.
Walking a little further, you will enter the San Fransokyo Street themed area inspired by "Big Hero 6". This is where a towering six metre inflatable Baymax stands proudly, paired with beachside deck chairs that set a relaxed mood. The area also houses a food and retail precinct with offerings refreshed throughout the three month event.
Not far from there, the Toy Story Place themed area brings out larger than life bath toys shaped like Woody, Buzz Lightyear, Jessie, and Bullseye. A splash pad inspired play area also awaits, centered around a 3.9 metre shower head feature, complete with neon lighting that comes alive once night falls.
Moving on to The Palawan, you will find installations inspired by Marvel Landing attractions such as the Ironcycle Test Run and Groot Galaxy Spin. There is also an Infinity Bar styled space featuring neon lit cocktail sculptures that light up at sunset, creating a night time atmosphere quite different from its daytime look.
The Wayfinder Bay themed area, meanwhile, draws on the ocean voyaging spirit from "Moana", bringing compass motifs and star lit pathways to life across the islet.
For the first time, the Southernmost Point of Continental Asia will extend its opening hours until 10 pm as part of a dedicated night time programme. This addition completes the Sentosa experience, which is usually associated with daytime visits only.
